That question started CapCenter in 1997. Closing on a home came stacked with fees that didn’t make the loan any better, so we built a lender that simply doesn’t charge them. ZERO Closing Costs isn’t a promotion. It’s how we’ve done business for nearly three decades.
Then we kept going. We added full-service realty with a 1% Listing Fee, insurance, and settlement, so the whole journey happens under one roof, with one team that already knows your file.
